Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • A: Yes, you can modify or cancel the order before the product is shipped (within 24 hours). Once the shipping process has begun, order cancellation is not possible.

Q: What should I do if I forget my password?

  • A: Go to the ‘My Account’ page and click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option. A link to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address.
