​1. Application Timeline

​You must apply for a return or exchange within 3 (three) days from the date of product delivery. If 3 days have passed, we regret that we cannot accept any return or refund.

​2. Conditions for Returnable Products

​Your product must meet the following conditions for a return:

  • ​The product must be unused, undamaged, and in a re-sellable condition.
  • ​The product’s original tags, labels, instructions (if any), and original packaging must be intact.
  • ​Products damaged due to usage or customer negligence will not be accepted for return.

​3. Refund Process

​After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will confirm receipt via email or phone and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approval: If the refund is approved, your refund process will commence.
  • Timeline: Refunds are generally processed within 5 – 10 working days.
  • Method: Your refund will be made through your provided payment method (BKash, Rocket, Nagad or Bank Transfer).

​4. Shipping and Delivery Costs

​If a wrong or faulty product is supplied by us, Feblin will bear the shipping cost.

​If the product is supplied correctly, but the customer changes their mind or orders incorrectly, the responsibility lies with you (the customer).
